On 26th January 2021, we witnessed our release of the official website,
Shree Halapur Jain Mahajan.
Kindly note important points before filling the Vasti Patrak form:
1. Each and every family (Living in one house) has to fill one form and
all the members have to be added in same form only.
2. Please keep the following individual & family members’ information
ready before you fill the online form:

(a) Blood Group

(b) Mobile No.

(c) Date of Birth
-
(d) Marriage Date (If
Married)
-
(e) Mediclaim
-
(f) Grandparents details
(Nana Nani)
-
(g) Name of Inlaws
-
(h)
Education/Qualifications
-
(i) Business
Details/Occupation etc….
3. Please fill all
Compulsory Fields that are red Marked “*” otherwise your Form will not
get submitted.
4. Important point for Married Niyani, please fill details in Part C
only.
(Do not fill details in Part A or B)
5. Kindly note, due to any reason if you want to leave filling the form,
then go to bottom of the page and create your own password. Then click
on Submit, you will receive your Halapur Family Code (HF___).
Save this Halapur Family code and your own password both as it will be
permanent code for your future correspondence with Halapur Mahajan.
6. You will be able to edit or change or add any details in the form
with help of Halapur family code and your own password.
7. Please do not leave half-filled form and start filling a new form.
How to Fill the Vasti Patrak Form?
Please read the form carefully twice before filling it.
This form is to be fill only by Jain Family Members of Halapur.
This form is easily accessible on Smart phones but Personnel
Computer/Laptop will be better option to fill the form.
This Form is divided in Three Parts i.e.
(a) Part – A: Fill Common Family Data
(b) Part – B: Fill Details of Head of the Family and individual family
members
(c) Part – C - Exclusive for Details of Married Niyani only
We request you all to fill, The Digital Vasti Patrak Form stepwise in
the Link below: -
Step 1: Click on
http://www.halapur.org
Step 2: Click on “New Member Entry”
Step 3: You will receive a pop up message information. Please read the
information about how to fill the Form.
Step 4: Go to bottom of the instructions and Click on, “Continue For
Entry”
Step 5: Please start filling PART A with all common information about
your individual family member
Step 6: Follow filling PART B starting with information of Head of the
family(SELF) followed by details of all individual family members
(except married Niyani)
Step 7: Part C is to be filled only by Married Niyanis. Select proper
caption for married Niyani i.e. Daughter / Sister / Aunty (Fui) / Grand
Daughter)
Step 8: Go to Bottom of the page, Fill the password you like. Enter the
verified code mentioned
Step 9: Click on Submit
Step 10: You will receive a HF… Family Code. Please save this code or
write it down for all the future references with Halapur Mahajan
*The One Marked with “*” are Compulsory Fields i.e. which needs to
filled or your Form will not get submitted.
*Please note if you wish to leave the form incomplete due to any reason
then go to bottom of the page to create your password and code- as
mentioned in instructions to follow
*Important Info: If your family members are more than 7 please email or
WhatsApp Vasti Patrak Committee Members information of your additional
members.
